We could not be happier with our new build with WARE Design Build!! I had a very specific look in mind for our house and we looked at A LOT of builders, ones that claimed to be "custom," but when it came down to it they couldn't achieve what we were looking for. WARE truly is custom. The design process was my favorite, they let us be as involved as we wanted to, which was perfect because I'm rather opinionated. Their architect and designers sat down and really listened to what we wanted and were so knowledgeable. In fact, everyone in the office is so kind and friendly. Dan, the owner, has a a great team! Justin, our Project Superintendant, is on top of everything! This is the guy you want working on your dream home. His attention to detail is unmatched. All of the things that people say are so smart and cool when they see our house, were all of his ideas! I can't imagine our house being any other way, he is brilliant. We will definitely be calling on WARE when we decide to build again!

Dan Eckerman and his team are the best of the best. From design through finish construction and follow-up, Ware Design Build is a one stop shop for the for those investors and owners who want sophisticated design, excellent communication and the highest-quality construction. I was one of the original employees when Dan purchased Ware Design Build and I wasnt sure what to expect. I liked Dans idea of a residential company that ran like a commercial company, but I didnt quite know what he meant. Theres been a lot of changes (I am the only remaining original member of Ware), and weve gone through a number of employees to get the people in place with the right skills and customer service values. But now that it is coming together, I understand the level of efficiency with how commercial construction projects are run vs. how residential projects are run. We no longer have extended periods of downtime on our jobs, and were meeting our schedules. People are happy!! Im also happy. Im working for a company that takes care of their clients and doesnt mislead them. Now we need to get our name out there and build some more homes!!! Justin

My evaluation is 4.5 stars. Our experience with Ware Design has been positive. They finished the built out of our condominium recently. The quality of the finishes has been excellent, they have had creative ideas in the design journey and creative solutions to problems encountered in the process. They have been responsive to our needs and requests. There were few minor details that were missed, but nobody is perfect especially in view of the current construction labor challenges. It is important to remain engaged in the building process. We would recommend their services.
